Living in Eskişehir with his wife, Mukaddes, and their daughter, Simge, Tufan works at a small printing shop. One night, their elderly next-door neighbor, Huriye, falls ill and knocks on the Tufans’ door. Unable to leave the lonely woman alone, Tufan and his family take her in. Meanwhile, Tufan is also struggling financially.
