Through 13 stelae (obelisks) discovered by chance in Hakkâri in 1998, the film seeks answers to questions such as “how to look at the past, how to interpret clues, what does a newly discovered artifact change in history?”. The Beys of Hakkâri, who are the subject of the narratives of dengbejs, the remains of the Nestorian culture, and the rock paintings on Mount Cilo dating back to before Christ are some of the other traces witnessed in this search process.
