Uncle Bakkal: Mahmut Tuncer tells the story of a director who plans to make a biopic and get his business on track. Tevfik Gürol, a director, and his brother-in-law, Kuntiz, botch every project they put their hands on. Tevfik, whose business is not going well, decides to make a biography film for Mahmut Tuncer when he sees that producer Taner Dişli makes a lot of money from biography films. Tevfik hopes to pay off his debt to loan sharks thanks to this movie, but his only problem is that Mahmut Tuncer is a living and forgotten folk singer. I wonder if this movie will work.
